| 摘 要： | 目的探讨依沙吖啶联合米非司酮用于中孕引产的效果。方法对130例孕17-26W要求终止妊娠者,分为观察组70例,对照组60例,观察组在行依沙吖啶100mg羊膜腔注射后的同时以及12h后分别口服米非司酮100mg;对照组单纯行羊膜腔内注射依沙吖啶100mg。观察两组羊膜腔内注药到宫缩开始时间、宫缩开始至胎儿排出时间、胎盘胎膜残留、软产道损伤的情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组宫缩开始时间较早,总产程明显缩短,胎盘胎膜残留及宫颈损伤的发生率明显减少。结论依沙吖啶联合米非司酮用于中期妊娠引产,方法安全、简便,是理想的引产方法。
