胃癌肿瘤相关性贫血与胃癌病理的临床分析

目的探讨胃癌患者肿瘤相关性贫血与胃癌病理之间的相关性。方法利用SPSS13．0统计软件包，分析胃癌患者肿瘤相关性贫血与胃癌病理之间的关系。结果胃癌病理组织学分型与贫血发生无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；胃癌大体类型、病理分期与贫血的发生有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌贫血程度构成比明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期胃癌（P〈0．05）；不同分化程度胃癌中贫血程度构成比无统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论贫血与胃癌大体类型、病理分期间存在相关性，可以根据贫血的发生及贫血的程度大致估计胃癌的病理分期．因此贫血是胃癌的一个预后因素。

Clinical analysis of gastric cancer-related anemia and gastric pathology

Objective To study correlation between gastric cancer-related anemia and gastric pathology.Methods Using SPSS13.0 statistical software package, analyse the relationship between gastric cancer-related anemia and gastric pathology.Resnits There was not significant between the histopathological typing and anemia in gastric cancer （P〉0.05）; There was significant between general type , pathological stage and anemia in gastric cancer （P〈0.05）;The ratio of composition of anemia degree in gastric cancer （Ⅲ, Ⅳ period）was significantly higher than that Ⅰ, Ⅱ period（P〈0.05）; There was not significant between the degree of anemia and the pathological grade of gastric cancer （P〉0.05）.Conclusions There was a certain relevance between the anemia and general type, pathological stage in gastric cancer. We can estimate pathological stage of the gastric cancer by the incidence of anemia and the degree of anemia.so, anemia is one of prognostic factors of gastric cancer.
