不同原因血小板减少症血清IL-11的检测及意义

目的研究不同原因血小板（PLT）减少症患者血清白细胞介素-11（IL-11）的变化及临床意义。方法对114例患者分为特发性PLT减少性紫癜（ITP）组、血液肿瘤组、其他血液病组和实体肿瘤组4个小组,同期30名健康献血员为对照组,应用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）测定IL-11,并进行统计分析。结果 ITP组、其他血液病组和实体肿瘤组血清IL-11水平分别52.60±27.67、51.05±28.15和（49.81±26.66）pg/mL,均显著高于对照组（36.31±18.95）pg/mL,P〈0.05];而血液肿瘤组血清IL-11水平为（38.43±19.30）pg/mL,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论不同原因PLT减少症患者血清IL-11水平不一致,检测其IL-11有助于了解不同原因PLT减少的可能机制和指导临床治疗。

Determination of serum interleukin-11 levels in thrombocytopenia patients with different causes and its significance

Objective To study the levels of interleukin-11（IL-11） with different peripheral blood platelet（PLT） counts in patients with thrombocytopenia and its clinical significance.Methods 114 patients were classified into 4 groups including idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP） group,neoplastic hematological disorder group,other hematological disease group and tumor group.30 healthy subjects were enrolled as controls.The levels of IL-11 were detected in 114 patients with thrombocytopenia and 30 healthy controls by double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results The IL-11 levels in ITP group,other hematological disease group and tumor group were 52.60±27.67,51.05±28.15 and（49.81±26.66） pg/mL respectively,which was higher than those in control group （36.31±18.95） pg/mL,P0.05].The serum IL-11 level of neoplastic hematological disorder group was（38.43±19.30）pg/mL,which was not significant compared with that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusions The levels of serum IL-11 in thrombocytopenia patients with different causes are different.Detecting the levels of IL-11 in patients with thrombocytopenia will contribute to understand the mechanism of thrombocytopenia and its direct clinical therapy.
