| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白及溶胶联合磺胺嘧啶银治疗压疮的临床效果。方法将41例Ⅲ期压疮患者分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组21例,采用白及溶胶联合磺胺嘧啶银治疗;对照组20例,采用湿润烧伤膏治疗。分别观察两组感染控制时间、肉芽组织形成时间、愈合时间及治愈率。结果两组治愈率均为100%。两组在感染控制时间、肉芽组织形成时间及创面愈合时间上比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白及溶胶联合磺胺嘧啶银治疗压疮临床效果良好,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of baiji sol combined with silver sulfadiazine in the treatment of bedsore. Methods 41 patients with grade Ⅲ of bedsore were divided into treatment group （ n =21 ） and control group （ n=20 ） . Patients in treatment group were treated with baiji sol combined with silver sulfadiazine, patients in control group was given moist burn ointment. The time of infection control,granulation tissue formation time, healing time and curative rate were observed. Results The curative rate of both groups was 100%. There were significant differences in the time of infection control,granulation tissue formation time and healing time between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Baiji sol combined with silver sulfadiazine has great effect in the treatment of bedsore,it is worthy of application. |
