校企合作的复合型营销人才培养模式研究

摘    要:随着我国经济高速发展,市场竞争目益加剧,企业对市场营销人才的需求逐渐提高。有营销理论功底、熟悉某一行业且具有一定实践经验的复合型营销人才日益受到企业欢迎。济宁医学院市场营销专业尝试基于校企合作下的复合型营销人才培养模式,本文介绍了就该模式的运行情况,并对运行过程中存在的问题进行了剖析,提出了可供借鉴的解决方法。

Abstract:With the rapid development of economy and the fierce market competition, the demand of enterprises for marketing personnel gradually improves. The composite marketing talents who are with marketing theory, familiar with industry, and have practical experience are welcomed by enterprises. In order to meet market demand, the Marketing Major of Jining Medical University is putting the training of the compound talents of marketing under way based on the school-enterprise cooperation. This paper first introduces the operation of the training mode, and then analyzes the problem in the process of implementation, which finally puts forward solutions for reference.
