18F-FDGPET／CT显像在厚壁型胆囊癌诊断中的价值

目的：探讨18 F-FDG PET/CT显像在厚壁型胆囊癌诊断中的价值。方法13例CT或B超发现胆囊壁增厚患者行18 F-FDG PET/CT检查，鉴别病变良恶性。结果13例患者中，5例表现为18 F-FDG摄取阳性，其中4例为胆囊癌，1例为慢性胆囊炎。8例患者表现为18 F-FDG摄取阴性。其中3例经手术证实为慢性胆囊炎，其余5例结合临床资料及随访半年后复查，确诊为慢性胆囊炎。18 F-FDG PET/CT 诊断厚壁型胆囊癌的敏感性、特异性分别为100％、88．9％。结论18 F-FDG PET/CT 显像对厚壁型胆囊癌的诊断有较好的临床价值。

Diagnostic value of 18 F-FDG PET/CT imaging in patients with thick-wall gallbladder carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the value of 18 F-FDG PET/CT imaging in the diagnosis of thick-wall gall-bladder carcinoma （TWGC ） . Methods 18 F-FDG PET/CT was performed in 13 patients with gallbladder wall thickening detected by CT or US in order to determine benign or malignant tumours .Results Of the 13 patients , it showed positive uptake of FDG in the gallbladder wall in 5 patients .Of these 5 patients ,gallbladder cancer was found in 4 patients .The remaining one ,who had chronic cholecystitis ,had false-positive findings .The other 8 pa-tients had negative uptake of FDG in the gallbladder wall .Three of these 8 underwent surgical resection ,which yielded a diagnosis of chronic cholecystitis .The other 5patients exhibited no sign of gallbladder malignancy and have been followed without active treatment . The sensitivity and specificity of 18 F-FDG PET/CT in detecting TWGC was 100% and 88 .9% .Conclusion 18 F-FDG PET/CT is able to distinguish between benign and malignant gallbladder wall thickening .
