| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理干预对脑瘫儿童父母生活质量的影响。方法方便抽取符合标准的30 名1~7 岁脑瘫患儿父母，进行为期3 个月心理干预。干预前后采用WHO生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)进行评价。结果心理干预后，患儿父母心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域和总生活质量较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01)。结论心理干预能改善脑瘫患儿父母生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of psychological intervention on quality of life of parents of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 30 parents of cerebral palsy children aged 1~7 years accepted psychological intervention for 3 months. They were investigated with the WHO Quality of Life BREF (WHOQOL-BREF) before and after intervention. Results The total score and scores of domains of psychological health, social relationships, and environment significantly improved after intervention (P<0.01). Conclusion The psychological intervention can improve the quality of life of parents of children with cerebral palsy. |
