n-3多不饱和脂肪酸灌胃对大鼠结直肠癌的预防作用

目的 观察n-3多不饱和脂肪酸（n-3PUFAs）对大鼠结直肠癌的影响。方法 将60只SD结直肠癌大鼠随机分成对照组和实验组。实验组用n-3PUFAs进行灌胃，对照组用等量的0.9%氯化钠溶液灌胃。两组均用N-甲基-N-亚硝基脲（MNU）进行灌肠。观察大鼠的一般情况。16周后解剖大鼠，观察大鼠肿瘤的情况。HE切片观察肿瘤的病理，气相色谱方法测定两组大鼠红细胞膜n-3PUFAs的浓度。结果 实验组大鼠的一般情况改变轻于对照组（P<0.01或0.05），红细胞n-3PUFAs浓度高于对照组（P<0.01），肿瘤发生率低于对照组（P<0.05），差异均有统计学意义。结论 n-3PUFAs能够改善大鼠的一般情况，预防SD大鼠结直肠癌的发生。

Preventive Effect of n-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids Intragastric Administration on Rats Colorectal Cancer

Objective To observe the influence of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(n-3PUFAs) on colorectalcancer of SD rats. Methods A total of 60 SD colorectal cancer rats were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group treated with intragastric administration of n-3PUFAs, and control group treated withthe same amount of normal saline. Both groups were given MNU enema. During the experiment, generalcondition of the rats was observed. After 16 weeks, we dissected the rats and observed the tumors. Tumorpathology was determined by HE sections. The n-3PUFAs concentration of erythrocyte membrane wasmeasured by gas chromatography method in two groups. Results Compared with control group, generalcondition change was lighter (P<0.01 or 0.05), n-3PUFAs concentration of red blood cell was higher(P<0.01)and incidence of cancer was lower (P<0.05) in experimental group. Conclusion n-3PUFAs could improvegeneral condition and prevent occurrence of colorectal cancer in SD rats.
