新疆维吾尔族与汉族女性多中心性乳腺癌患者临床病理分析

目的 探讨新疆维吾尔族、汉族多中心性乳腺癌患者临床和病理特点，为防治工作提供基础资料。方法 对 2005─2012 年期间手术治疗，且经病理组织学证实的181例维、汉族多中心性乳腺癌的临床和病理指标进行统计分析。结果 对12项临床和病理指标进行统计学分析显示，与汉族多中心性乳腺癌患者相比，维族多中心性乳腺癌患者妊娠次数、腋窝淋巴结转移数目、肿瘤个数及脉管浸润状况较多，主癌灶较大，孕激素受体（progesterone recetor, PR）表达阳性率较低。结论 新疆维吾尔族、汉族多中心性乳腺癌患者临床和病理特征不同。

Clinicopathologica Analysis of Multicentric Breast Cancer Patients with Han and Uygur#br# Nationalities in Xinjiang Area

Objective To approach the clinicopathological characteristcs of multicentric breast cancerspatients with Han and Uygur nationalities,and provide basic information for different prevention strategiesin Xinjiang Area. Methods A study was conducted for 103 multicentric breast cancers patients with Hanand Uygur nationalities confi rmed by pathological information from 2005 to 2012. Results Compared withHan nationality,Uygur patients had characteristics of more times of pregnancy,more number of involvedaxillary lymph nodes,more of circumferential invasion,larger tumor size and low ratio of the expression ofprogesterone receptor. Conclusion Multicentric breast cancers patients with Han and Uygur nationalitiesshow different clinicopathological characteristcs in Xinjiang.
