| 摘 要： | 目的评估盲、升结肠癌的CT诊断价值。方法均经病理证实的34例盲、升结肠癌患者行全腹部CT检查，观察其CT表现，并和病理作对照分析。结果CT显示早期盲、升结肠癌2例，显示中、晚期结肠癌32例。CT肿瘤分期正确23例占67.6%，估高5例占14.7%，估低6例占17.7%。结论CT对早期盲、升结肠癌无明显价值，而对中晚期癌肿价值较大，可指导临床手术及治疗方案的制定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess CT diagnofic value of cecal-ascending colonic carcinoma.Methods:The 34 cases with cecal-ascending colonic carcinoma were proved by pathology,whole abdomen were examined with CT in those patients.All of the CT features were visited and compared with pathology.Results:The demonstrated cecal-ascending colonic carcinoma was in 2 cases in early period and 32 cases in middle-late period.Tumor staging was accurate in 23 cases(67.6%),understaged in 6 cases(17.7%),overstaged in 5 cases(14.7%).Conclusion:It is no valuable for cecal-ascending colonic carcinoma in early period.But CT has an important value for cecal-ascending colonic carcinoma in middle-late periods and helpful in selecting of the appropriate patients for surgery and treatment methods.
