杭州市城乡居民超重及肥胖与相关疾病关系

目的 探讨杭州市城乡居民超重、肥胖与高血压、高血脂、高血糖及高尿酸血症的关系。方法 采用分层整群随机抽样方法，随机抽取杭州市15岁及以上居民1064人进行高血压及相关因素调查，获取身高、体重、血压值、血清胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、空腹血糖（GLU）、尿酸（URIC）等各项指标，并对相关资料进行统计分析。结果 城乡居民超重现患率为31．11％，肥胖现患率为8．18％，男、女性间差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；随着体重增加，收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、TC、TG、GLU和URIC平均值均呈逐渐上升趋势。超重组、肥胖组高血压、高血脂、高GLU及高URIC血症发病率均明显高于正常体重组（P〈0．05或P〈0．001）。结论 肥胖与血压升高、脂代谢、糖代谢紊乱及URIC升高密切相关，是高血压、高血脂、高GLU和高URIC血症的重要影响因素。

Relationship between overweight, fat and relative diseases in residents of Hangzhou city

Objective To explore the relationship of overwight,fat and hypertension,high lipids,high serum glucose and high urine acids.Methods Stratified cluster randomsampling method was used,1?064 residents above 15 years old in Hangzhou were randomly selected and their blood pressure and related factors were investigated,including height,weight,serum cholesterol(TO),triglyceride(TG),empty stomach blood glucose(GLU),and urine acid(URIC).Results The rate of overweight was 31.11% in the residents of urban and rural,and the rate of fat was 8.18%.The difference between man and female had no statistics meaning(P>0.05);the means of SBP,DBP,TC,TG,GLU and URIC increasd with weight.The prevalence in overweight group,fat group hypertension,high blood lipids,high GLU and high URIC were obviously higher than those in normal weight group(P<0.05 or P<0.001).Conclusion Fat is related closely with blood pressure,lipids metabolic,glucose metas-tasis and URIC,and it is the important influencing factor of hypertension,high blood lipids,high GLU and high URIC.
