| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效.方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30饲,时照组予以马来酸曲美布汀片口服,治疗组在对照组基础上加服自拟疏肝健脾汤,疗程60 d,疗程结束后对比两组患者的临床疗效.结果:治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:自拟方疏肝健脾汤联合马来酸曲美布汀片治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床疗效确切.
