腹腔镜下超声引导微波凝固治疗肝癌的护理

目的探讨腹腔镜下超声引导微波凝固治疗肝癌的围手术期护理方法。方法对6例肝癌患者进行腹腔镜下超声引导微波凝固治疗,通过术前有针对性的心理护理,术后严密观察,及时发现并发症,给予相应的护理措施。结果本组术后发热1例,肝区疼痛3例,胸腔积液1例,经及时处理,全部治愈出院,未发生护理并发症,无住院死亡。结论腹腔镜下超声引导微波凝固治疗肝癌是一项新的治疗技术,科学的围手术期护理,是提高治疗成功率、减少并发症的重要因素。

Nursing during the peri-operation in the treatment of liver cancer with laparoscope ultrasonic guidance microwave coagulation therapy

Objective To study the nursing during the peri-operation in the treatment of liver cancer with laparoscope ultrasonic guidance microwave coagulation therapy.Methods 6 cases with laparoscope ultrasonic guidance microwave coagulation therapy,the corresponding measure was given at once after the complications were found by relative psychological nursing,and carefully observation after operation.Results There was 1 case with fever,3 cases with hepatic pain,1 case with pleural effussion.All of them were cured by prompt treatment and there were no nursing complications and no death in hospital.Conclusion Laparoscope ultrasonic guidance microwave coagulation therapy is a kind of new technique in the treatment of liver cancer and the scientific nursing during peri-operation is very important in increasing operation achievement ratio and decreasing complication.
