介入疗法与中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

目的探索腰椎间盘突出症的诊治特点。方法根据收治的23例腰椎间盘突出症的临床特点、影像改变，介入治疗与结合中药治疗进行疗效分析。结果进行经皮腰椎间盘髓核切割术结合术后中医分型中药治疗23例，效果优良率达到96％。结论介入结合中药治疗具有并发症少，创伤小，康复快的特点，门诊病人可接受治疗．临床效果良好。

The clinical study of interventional treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc together with Chinese traditional medicine

Objective To discuss the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods According to the clinic characteristic of 23 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc in hospital, image change, carry out interventional treatment together with Chinese traditional medicine and analyze the effect. Results Cut the lumbar intervertebral marrow core through the skin, followed by different kinds of Chinese traditional medicine. 96 % of 23 cases have good effect. Conclusion In the interventional treatment together with Chinese traditional medicine, few complications occur and the wound is small. It take only a short time to recover. Cases can receive the treatment at the out- patient department and the clinical effect is good.
