宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈疾病临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)治疗宫颈疾病的临床疗效及安全性。方法对2009年2月~2011年2月在我院行I正EP术治疗的宫颈病变患者98例进行回顾性分析。对LEEP术手术操作时间,术中出血量,术后病理结果,患者术后宫颈塑形满意度(Postoperative Cervical Shaping Satisfaction,PCSS)进行评价。结果本组患者中宫颈良性病变组69例占70.4%,平均手术时(11.2±6.9)min,术中出血量(15.8±5.8)ml,PCSS86.9%,治愈率92.8%。宫颈恶性病变(CIN)29例。占29.6%,平均手术时间(10.6±5.3)min,术中出血量(14.2±4.9)ml,PCSS82.8%,治愈率90.0%。两组患者上述指标比较差别无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论LEEP术是治疗宫颈良性疾病和早期C1N的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) in the treatment of cervical lesions. Methods 98 cases of cervical lesions were analyzed retrospectively from Feb 2009 to Feb 2011 in our hospital. The patients were diagnosed by the colposcopy and then underwent LEEP surgery. The surgical time, blood loss, postoperative pathological findings, postoperative cervical regeneration were evaluated. Results 29 patients was diagnosis as cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) with a mean operative time was ( 10. 6 ± 5.3) min, average blood loss was ( 14. 2 ± 4. 9) ml, PCSS was 82. 8%, and the cure rate was 90. 0% ; 69 subjects was diagnosed of cervical benign disease with the mean operative time was ( 11.2 ± 6. 9) min, average blood loss was ( 15.8 ± 5.8 ) ml, PCSS86.9%, the cure rate was 90. 0%. There was no obvious statistics difference between clinical efficacy of the two groups (p 〉 0. 05). Condusion LEEP treatment is safe and clinical efficacy in the treatment of CIN and cervical benign lesions.
