低频电刺激治疗产后尿潴留的疗效及护理

目的探讨低频电刺激治疗产后尿潴留产妇促使排尿的疗效观察。方法 2011年10月～2012年10月在本科室分娩产妇并产后尿潴留患者40例,随机分为试验组和对照组各20例。试验组产妇均采用低频电刺激治疗促使排尿,每日2次,每次约20 min,而对照组采用听流水声,腹部热敷,腹部按摩,开塞露肛注等传统方法诱导产妇排尿。观察比较两组尿潴留改善情况。通过比较产妇排尿情况了解诱导排尿的效果。结果试验组治疗有效率95%,对照组有效率为70%,观察组的疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（2=4.33,p〈0.05）,试验组尿潴留改善情况优于对照组。结论低频电刺激治疗产后尿潴留临床效果显著,操作安全、简便,且无创、无痛、无任何副作用。

EFFICACY ANALYSIS OF LOW FREQUENCY PULSE ELECTRICITY THERAPY IN POST-PARTUM UROSCHESIS

Objective To analyse the effect of low frequency pulse electrical therapy In postpartum uros- chesis. Methods 40 patients with postpartum uroschesis was selected as subjects during October,2011 to October, 2012 from the fifth people hospital of Shcnzhen. 40 cases of postpartum uroschesis were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. 20 patients with postpartum uroschesis in experimental group were treated by low frequency pulse electricity therapy twice a day, 20 minutes each time. 20 patients in the control group were treated by using the traditional inducing emiction （ Listening to the sound of running water, abdominal heat therapy, abdominal massage, enema anal injection, et al. ） The two groups were compared on the clinical effect improvement of urine re- tention. Results Total effective rate in experimental group was 95.0%. After receiving low frequency pulse electrici- ty therapy, Total effective rate in control group was 70%. There was significant difference of clinical effect between experimental group and control group （ X2 = 4. 33, p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion the clinical effect of low frequency pulse electricity therapy on postpartum uroschesis is significant. The method is safe and simple, and has no traumas, pains and side - effect.
