联检血细胞计数和凝血因子对急性乙型肝炎的临床诊断价值

目的探讨急性乙型肝炎患者血细胞计数和凝血因子联合检测的临床诊断价值。方法对我院2012年6～12月期间50例急性乙型病毒性肝炎患者联合检测血细胞计数和凝血因子,并与同期50例健康体检人群对比,观察血细胞计数和凝血因子联合检测对急性乙型肝炎的临床诊断价值。结果测得急性乙型病毒性肝炎患者的凝血指标和血细胞计数结果均出现异常,进一步相关性分析发现患者凝血参数（PT、APTT）升高幅度与肝损害呈正相关,差异具有统计学意义（p〈0.05）。结论血细胞计数与凝血参数的联合检测可以为急性乙型肝炎的临床诊断提供更为准确的结果。

CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS VALUE OF COMBINED BLOOD CELL COUNT AND BLOOD COAGULATION FACTORS IN ACUTE TYPE B HEPATITIS

Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis value of combined Blood Cell Count （BCC） and Blood Coagulation Factors （BCF） in acute type B hepatitis patients. Methods 50 acute type B hepatitis patients were collected from 2012.06 to 2012.12 in our hospital,BCC and BCF were measured,meanwhile the respective data obtained from 50 healthy people undergoing physical examination. Then the results were measured and analyzed. Re- suits The levels of BCC and BCF in acute type B hepatitis patients were abnormal compared with healthy people, there was significantly different （p 〈 0.05 ）. Correlation analysis showed Blood Coagulation Factors values （PT andA- FIT） of acute type B hepatitis patients were positively related to liver damage（p 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The detection of BCC and BCF could be valuable for the diagnosis of acute type B hepatitis and combined detection of BCC and BCF could significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy.
