前列腺摘除术后膀胱痉挛的病因分析及治疗

目的探讨前列腺摘除术后膀胱痉挛的病因及治疗方法.方法对2000～2002年行前列腺摘除术后102例患者进行回顾性分析.结果其中发生膀胱痉挛41例,发生率40.19%.41例患者都给予双氯灭痛栓直肠给药治疗,有效率100%,无任何其它并发症.结论膀胱痉挛是前列腺摘除术后整个膀胱内环境的稳定性遭到破坏而引起,通过双氯灭痛栓治疗完全可以控制,从而减轻患者的痛苦,减少并发症.

Analysis of cause and treatment of bladdeer spasm after prostatectomy

Objective: To investigate the cause and the treatment method of bladder spasm after prostatectomy. Methods: The data of 102 cases after prostatectomy during 2000 to 2002 were retrospectively analysed. Results: Forty-one of 102 cases were complicated by bladder spasm,the incidence of which was 40.19%. All the 41 patients were treated with shuang lu mie tong suppository by rectum slip. The curative effect rate was 100% without any other complications.Conclusions: Bladder spasm is suffered from the destruction of the stability of whole bladder sub-circumstance after prostatectomy. Bladder spasm can be wholedy controlled with the treatment of shuang lu mie tong suppository to relieve the patients pain and reduce the complications.
