原发性高血压患者血栓前状态分子标志物的变化

目的　探讨原发性高血压 (EH)患者血栓前状态分子标志物的变化。方法　对EH组 ( 4 0例 )及对照组( 2 0例 )的血管性假血友病因子 (VWF)、D -二聚体 (D -dimer)、抗凝血酶Ⅲ (AT -Ⅲ )进行检测 ,同时测定血小板 (PLT)计数、血浆凝血酶原时间 (PT)、部分凝血活酶时间 (APTT)、凝血酶时间 (TT)、纤维蛋白原 (FIB)。并对EH组和对照组患者的上述指标进行比较。结果　EH患者的VWF、D -dimer水平明显高于对照组 ,AT -Ⅲ水平明显低于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,VWF与D -dimer之间不具有显著相关性 (r =0 .0 47,P >0 .0 5 )。结论　原发性高血压患者存在血栓前状态 ,可能是其易并发缺血性心、脑血管疾病的原因之一

The markers of prothrombotic state in patients with essential hypertension

Objective To assess the markers of prothrombotic state in patients with essential hypertension(EH). Methods Von willebrand factor(VWF), D-dimer and antithrombin Ⅲ (AT-Ⅲ) were measured in 40 cases of essential hypertension (EH) and 20 normal controls. Platelet (PLT), plasma prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT)?thrombin time (TT)and fibrinogen (FIB) were measured too. And comparison was made for all the above parmeters between the EH group and control group. Results Compared with the control group, the concentration ofVWF and D-dimer were found to be significantly higher ( P <0.05), the concentration of AT-Ⅲ significantly lower ( P <0.05) in the EH group, and the plasma level of VWF was not correlated with that of D-dimer ( r =0.047, P >0.05). Conclusion Essential hypertensive patients had prothrombotic state, which may be the pathogenesis of complications such as ischemic stroke and heart attacks.
