五年制医学生临床技能评估指标体系的研究

摘    要:医学生临床技能评估的指标体系以国家和军队的相关文件和教育目标分类理论为主要理论依据,采用文献检索法和专家咨询法。通过界定临床基本能力内容、确立评价目标、选择评价指标、制定指标评定标准,建立了一套较为科学合理的五年制临床医学专业学生临床技能评估指标体系,并分析了指标体系的可行性和评价的效度、信度。同时,对临床技能与职业态度和职业道德评价问题进行了讨论。

Abstract:The present paper presents a set of appropriate target system of appraising clinical skills of five-year-Program college students of medicine and analyzes its feasibility, effectiveness and credibility based on the relative military and national documents and the theory of classification of education objects. The system includes the content of basic clinical competence, establishment of assessment target, selection of appraisal index and designation of appraisal criterion. Meanwhile it gives a discussion on clinical skills, professional attitudes and assessment of professional ethics.
