从SARS在医院的聚集流行看标准预防现状

目的 探讨标准预防现状。方法 分析SARS在医院聚集流行与标准预防的关系。结果标准预防在医院未得到有效落实。结论 标准预防执行不力是导致SARS在医院聚集流行的重要因素，各级医疗卫生行政部门应加强对医务人员的标准预防教育，提高他们的标准预防意识，严格管理医务人员的标准预防行为，加强医疗防护设备的开发和利用，使标准预防发挥应有的作用。

Standard Prevention Based on SARS Aggregation Epidemic in Hospitals: A Current Status

OBJECTIVE To study the current status of standard prevention. METHODS The relationship between SARS aggregation epidemic in hospitals and standard prevention was analyzed. RESULTS The standard prevention had not been fully realized in hospitals. CONCLUSIONS Weak standard prevention is the main factor of SARS hospital aggregation epidemic. To realize standard prevention, education on standard prevention must be strengthened among medical staff from all level hospitals and health administration, sense and conduction of standard prevention must be promoted, devolopment and utilization of health device for treatment and prevention must be improved.
