摘    要:目的:以硅藻土(ExtrelutTM20)为吸附剂,采用柱层析分离,用正己烷-乙醚(9+1)洗脱样品中非极性的脂质组分,用乙醚洗脱样品中的3-氯-1,2-丙二醇,用七氟丁酰基咪唑(HFBI)溶液为衍生化试剂。方法:选用Rtx-225毛细管柱(0.32 mm×30 m×0.25μm;made in USA),气相色谱,电子捕获进行外标法定量分析食品中3-氯-1,2-丙二醇的含量。结果:方法检出限为0.01 mg/kg,回收率可达95%-104%。结论:方法快捷,灵敏度高,重现性好。

Abstract:Objective:A gaschromatography method was developed for detecting the 3-monochloropropane-1,2-diol in food ingredient.Methods:Samples were eluted from extrelut chromatography column with diether and the mixture of hexane:diethyl ether(9:1,v/v) as eluant and detected by GC-ECD,derivatised by HFBI.Results:With experimental condition optimizing,3-monochloropropane-1,2-diol ccould be detected.Detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg,the recovery rates were 95.3%~104.4%.Conclusion:The method is reliable,fast and sensitive.
