摘    要:目的:探讨N-乙酰基-丝氨酰-天门冬酰-赖氨酰-脯氨酸(AcSDKP)对血小板洐生生长因子(PDGF)介导的NIH3T3细胞增殖的抑制调节作用。方法:采用MTT法和免疫组化法检测NIH3T3细胞增殖和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达。结果:在10^-10~10^-8mol/L浓度范围内。AcSDKP对PDGF介导的NIH3T3细胞增殖均有抑制作用。并在10^-9mol/L浓度时其抑制作用最佳。PDGF对NIH3T3细胞PCNA的表达具有增强作用.而AcSDKP对PDGF介导的NIH3T3细胞PCNA的表达有显著抑制作用。结论:AcSDKP对PDGF介导的NIH3T3细胞增殖有明显抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate whether N-acetyl-seryl-aspartyMysyl-proline (AcSDKP) can inhibit NIH3T3 cell proliferation mediated by plateletTderived growth factor (PDGF). Methods: Proliferation of NIH3T3 cells and expression of proliferating cells nuclear antigen (PCNA) were measured by MTT assay and immunohistochemistry. Results: AcSDKP at the concentration of 10-10-10-8mol/L inhibited NIH3T3 cells proliferation mediated by PDGF. 10-9 mol/L AcSDKP had the strongest inhibiting effect on NIH3T3 cells proliferation induced by PDGF. PDGF increased expression of PCNA in NIH3T3 cells. However, AcSDKP inhibited this effect mediated by PDGF. Conclusion: AcSDKP can inhibit NIH3T3 cells proliferation mediated by PDGF.
