| 摘 要： | 本文观察了35例慢性肺部感染病人应用抗生素治疗前后对某些免疫指标的影响。结果表明:抗生素治疗前后,IgG、IgA、IaM及补体C_3值皆元明显差异,唯淋转值及淋巴细胞计数于治疗后明显升高,有非常显著性差异及显著性差异。同时还观察到病人死前的IgG值有明显下降的变化。提示,免疫状态的降低与病情恶化相一致。本实验证明了慢性肺部感染对抗生素治疗均可影响免疫指标。

| Abstract: | Some immunity indices were observed in 35 cases of chronic lung infecti on before and after antibiotic treatment. The result showed that there was no significant difference in Ig A, Ig G, Ig M and complement C3 before and a-ter the treatment, while lymphocyte blastogenesis rate and the number of f-lymphocyte were significantly increased after the treatment, and IgG was decreased in the patients before dying. Those indicate that the decline of immunity may be conformable to the deteration of patients'c ondition and the antibiotic treatment of chronic lung infection may affect some immunity in-dices. |
