卤虫中蛋白质和脂肪酸组成的研究

摘    要:用毛细管气相色谱法、微量凯氏定氮法、氨基酸自动分析仪对卤虫中蛋白质和脂肪酸组成进行分析。结果表明,蛋白质含量比较高,富含18种氨基酸,包括8种必需氨基酸。色谱分离出32个峰。主要脂肪酸有C16:1(n-7),17.3%;C18:1(n-9),20%;C18:2(n-6),2.8%;C18:3(n-3),2.5%;C20:5(n-3),3.5%。

Abstract:The constituents of proteins and fatty acids in Arteam Salmas Sinnaeus were analyzed by capil-lary gas chromatography, semimicro Kjeldahl and amino acid automatic analysor. The result indicatedthat proteins and unsaturated fatty acids were rich in Arteam Salmas Sinnaeus. There were eighteen kindsof amino acids in it, including eight kinds of essential amino acids. The major contents of fatty acidswere: C16:1 (n-7), 17. 3%; C18: 1 (n-9), 20%; C18: 2 (n-6), 2. 8%; C18:3 (n-3), 2. 5% ; C20:5(n-3), 3. 5%.
