解郁方对抑郁小鼠皮质醇及一氧化氮的影响

摘    要:目的研究解郁方对利血平模型小鼠血浆皮质醇(cortisol,CORT)及一氧化氮(nitrogen monoxidum,NO)的影响。方法采用放射免疫法测定小鼠血浆CORT的浓度,硝酸还原法测定小鼠血浆NO含量。结果解郁方高、中、低剂量组均可显著降低小鼠血浆CORT及NO含量(P〈0.05)。结论解郁方治疗的作用机理可能与降低血浆CORT及NO含量有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of Jieyufang on the content of cortisol and nitrogen monoxidum in the plasma of reserpine model mouse. Methods The content of cortisol (CORT) were determined by radio immunoassay (RIA) ; Nitric oxide (NO) were determined by spectrophotometry. Results In the Jieyufang group ( Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ ), the content of CORT and NO in the brain decreased significantly (P 〈 0.01, or P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The mechanism of antidepressant may be associated with decrease the concentration of CORT, NO in the blood plasma.
