急性脑梗死炎性反应及其脑血康干预研究

摘    要:目的:探讨炎性反应因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血管内皮细胞黏附因子1(VICAM-1)及其脑血康干预在急性脑梗死病患者中地位和意义.方法:采用双抗体夹心、ABC-ELISA法测定65例急性脑梗死患者血清IL-6和VICAM-1含量,其中35例经脑血康干预,均与38例正常人比较.结果:急性脑梗死患者血清IL-6和VICAM-1水平均显著高于正常组,恢复期2种细胞因子有下降的趋势,但仍高于正常.35例经脑血康干预后的急性脑梗死患者与脑梗死恢复期及正常人对照组的血清IL-6、VICAM-1比较均存在差异;治疗4周后比较,脑血康干预组与未干预组间的神经功能评分差异无显著性.结论:脑梗死、35例经脑血康干预的急性脑梗死患者存在IL-6和VICAM-1介导的炎症和免疫反应,IL-6和VICAM-1的测定对急性脑梗死的治疗和预后判断有一定价值.脑血康片对急性脑梗死干预治疗有一定的价值.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the inflammatory factors(IL-6,VICAM-1) and the effect of Naoxuekang intervention to the patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods: Serum IL-6 and VICAM-1 from 65 patients with acute cerebral infarction(35 were intervened by Naoxuekang,while 30 were not) and 38 normal people were determined by method of double antibody sandwich,and ABC-ELISA(enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay),and the data were analyzed.Rlsults: The serum IL-6,VICAM-1 of patients with ACI were significantly higher than those of healthy people,and showed a descending trend during the recovering period,but were still higher than those of healthy group.There were differences of serum contents of the two inflammatory factors among Naoxuekang intervened patients,patients during recovery period and normal people,but there was no difference between nervous function of Naoxuekang intervened patients and non-intervened ACI patients.Conclusions: The inflammation and immunereaction mediated by IL-6 and VICAM-1 occur in ACI patients(Naoxuekang intervened and non-intervened);The evaluation of IL-6 and VICAM-1 is valuable for the treatment and the prognosis of ACI;and Naoxuekang has therapeutic effect for patients with ACI.
