医学检验专业的教学改革与实践

目的 对医学检验专业现有教学内容和课程体系进行系列改革与实践，以适应新世纪对医学人才素质能力和知识结构的要求。方法 根据现代教育规律和人才成长规律，围绕着医学检验专业课程体系、教育思想、素质教育、教学大纲及教学程序、理论与实践教学体系、双语教学、教材建设等方面进行改革与实践。结果 经过多年的实践和努力，医学检验专业教学质量有了明显提高，全面提高了学生的素质和能力，多次荣获省及校级教学成果一等奖。结论 我院医学检验专业教学改革与实践的成果对促进我国医学检验专业建设与发展、培养社会需要的人才等方面具有重要的、积极的推动作用，同时具有良好的辐射、示范作用及广阔的应用前景。

TEACHING INNOVATION AND PRACTICE OF MEDICAL LABORATORY SPECIALTY

Objective To conduct a series of reform and practice in teaching contents and curriculum system of medical laboratory specialty,so as to meet the requirements for medical talents in quality,ability and knowledge structure in this new century. Methods According to the law of modern education and growth law of talents,reform and practice of the following were carried out: curriculum system of medical laboratory,educational ideology,quality education,teaching outline,teaching procedure,teaching system of theory and practice,bilingual(English-Chinese) teaching,teaching material construction,et al. Results After years of practice and hard work,a great progress in teaching quality,students' ability have been made,and first-rate prize has been awarded by Shandong Province and Qingdao University for teaching achievement for many times.A great effect has produced in the field of medical laboratory in our country. Conclusion The results of innovation and practice play an important role in promoting the construction and development of medical laboratory in our country,in cultivating the talents for society and in the aspects of irradiation and demonstration.It will be applied more broadly.
