冠脉造影术后伤口包扎方法的研究

目的 对冠脉造影术后伤口不同包扎方法进行研究,选择最佳的包扎方法,减少患者的痛苦.方法 选单纯冠状动脉造影的病人,随机分为两组,每组200例,两组均用同一种低过敏弹力粘贴固定绷带行8字型包扎.实验组在包扎时在大腿后根部放置12cm长的纱布进行保护,使大腿后根部不与弹力粘贴固定绷带接触.24小时后用同一手法拆除弹力粘贴固定绷带,观察两组病人有无出血、血肿、迷走神经反射、皮肤过敏反应等并发症.结果 两种不同包扎方法在出血、血肿、迷走神经反射方面均无明显差异,而皮肤过敏反应统计学差异明显.结论 冠脉造影术后用弹力绷带包扎时在大腿后根部放置12cm长的纱布进行保护,不影响止血效果,不增加血管并发症,并可以减少皮肤对弹力绷带的过敏反应.

The Study of bunding method after coronary artery angiography

Objective Through studying different bunding methods after coronary artery angiography to choose the best bunding measure in order to reduce patient's pain.Methods All cases from the patients of the pure coronary artery angiography divided randomly into case group and control group.Each group of 200 examples.All patients are fixed with 8 fonts with the identical kind of elastic gluing fixed bandage with low allergic reaction.In case group,a 12cm long gauze is laid aside behind the thigh as a protective measure in order that the skin do not contact with the bandage when the Puncture spot is bundeded,and no protective gauze in the control group.The bandage is removed after 24 hours.The difference is compared with the rate of hemorrhage,the skin allergy and the vagus nerve reflects in two groups.Results There is no difference in the rate of hemorrhage and the vagus nerve reflects in two groups,there is obvious statistics difference in the rate of the skin allergy in two groups.Conclusions A 12cm long gauze laid aside behind the thigh as a protective measure,not affecting the effect of hemostasis and not increasing the complication of blood vessel,reduce the rate of skin allergy when the Puncture spot is bundeded after coronary artery angiography.
