摘    要:目的:探讨还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)治疗帕金森病(PD)的价值。方法:38例原发性PD患者随机分为2 组,均予抗PD药物治疗,GSH组联合静脉注射还原型GSH600mg。治疗前后分别采用PD评分量表(UPDRS)进 行临床评价和血清总抗氧化能力(TRAP)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH Px)和脂质过氧化物含量(LPO)测定。结 果:与对照组比较,GSH组UPDRS评分无显著改善,而TRAP、GSH Px活性显著增高,LPO含量显著降低(P<0. 05),疗效持续时间>4个月。结论:GSH能够发挥辅助性治疗作用,提高机体抗氧化能力。

Abstract:Objective: To study the clinical effect of reduced glutathione (GSH) in the treatment of Parkinson disease (PD). Methods: Thirty-eight cases of idiopathic PD were randomly divided into two groups: GSH group subject to intravenous injection of GSH 600 mg combined with anti-Parkinsoian therapy; and control group subject to anti Parkinsoian therapy only. Unified PD Rating Scale (UPDRS) examination in all patients was carried out and antioxidant capacity (TRAP), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), lipid peroxides (LPO) in plasma were determined before and after the treatment. Results: There was no obviously difference in UPDRS between the two groups. Compared with the control group, the levels of TRAP, GSH-Px activities were increased, while LPO content was decreased significantly in GSH-treated group (P<0.05). Once GSH was stopped the therapeutic effect lasted for 4 months. Conclusion: GSH donated significant therapeutic effect for idiopathic PD patients via promoting the anti-free radical levels .
