| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在早期胃肠道穿孔诊断中的作用。方法分析32例发病6h内的胃肠道穿孔患者的多层螺旋CT平扫病例,全部病例均经手术证实。结果32例患者包括:胃壁穿孔10例,十二指肠球部穿孔11例,结肠穿孔4例,阑尾穿孔3例,外伤性肠道撕裂伤4例。多层螺旋CT平扫确诊29例(90%),表现为腹腔内不同位置、大小、形态的游离气体影。结论根据腹腔游离气体,多层螺旋CT在早期胃肠道穿孔时,能及时、准确做出定性诊断,优于其它影像学检查。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the value of multislice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) in diagnose of gastrointestinal perforation. Methods 32 cases of gastrointestinal perforation (onset within 6 hours) underwent MSCT scanning. All of the cases were proved by operation. Results 32 cases include: gastric wall perforation 10 cases, duodenal perforation 11 cases, colon perforation 4 cases, appendicitis perforation 3 cases, traumatic gastrointestinal avulsion 4 cases. 29cases (90%) were diagnosed as perforation with MSCT. The free gas in variable location, size and shape was seen in peritoneal cavity. Conclusion According to free gas, the early gastrointestinal perforation can be made with MSCT and superior other imaging examine. |
