| 摘 要： | 骨髓来源抑制性细胞(MDSC)是一类受肿瘤来源细胞因子影响发生分化受阻,具有未成熟性、异质性、可塑性的细胞群体,它通过氨基酸依赖和不依赖的方式下调机体的抗肿瘤免疫.MDSC的不断研究深入将成为今后肿瘤免疫治疗的新思路.

| Abstract: | Myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSC)is a kind of immature,heterogeneous,plastic population of myeloid cells,the differentiation of which is inhibited by certain tumor-derived factors.It can suppress anti-tumor immunity of body through both amino acid-dependent and independent mechanism.The further study on MDSC may represent a promising target for the designation of novel and highly innovative immunotherapy in patients with tumor. |
