| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡的有效方法。方法幽门螺杆菌阳性的十二指肠溃疡病人62例,随机分为A、B两组,分别给予三联抗生素加质子泵抑制剂(PPI)或铋剂的四联治疗方案,1个月后观察Hp根除率及溃疡愈合情况。结果Hp根除率:A组94%(30/32),B组97%(29/30),两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。溃疡愈合情况:A组愈合率81%(26/32),B组愈合率87%(26/30),两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论两种方案治疗效果均较可靠,不良反应轻微,是理想的根除Hp、治疗溃疡的方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate an efficient method for treatment of duodenal ulcer(DU) with Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection . Methods 62 patients of DU with Hp positive were randomly divided into two groups, then were given quadruple therapy of triple antibiotics with proton pump inhibitor or bismuth respectively. compared the eradication rate of Hp and healing rate of DU after 1 month. Results The eradication rate of Hp for group A was 94%(30/32) vs 97%(29/30) for group B, there were no significant difference in eradication rates of Hp (P>0.05) . Healing of DU: The healing rate of DU for group A was 81%(26/32) vs 87%(26/30) for group B, there were no significant difference in healing rate of DU (P>0.05). Conclusion Both methods have been shown to be efficient therapy for eradication of Hp and healing of DU with little side effect.[ |
