薏苡仁多糖对小鼠缓解体力疲劳作用研究

摘    要:目的研究薏苡仁多糖缓解体力疲劳作用。方法将小鼠分为低、中、高3个剂量组,分别为166、333、1000mg/kgBW和一个蒸馏水为溶剂对照组。经口连续给予受试物30d后分别进行负重游泳试验、血清尿素测定、血乳酸测定和肝糖原测定。每批动物随机分为4组,每组10只。结果中、高剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间长于对照组(P<0.05),高剂量组小鼠运动时血清尿素水平低于对照组(P<0.05),中剂量组肝糖原含量高于对照组(P<0.05),低、中、高3个剂量组小鼠运动时血乳酸曲线下面积小于对照组(P<0.05),表示薏苡仁多糖能延长小鼠负重游泳时间,降低运动时小鼠血清尿素的产生以及增加小鼠肝糖原的含量和减少血乳酸曲线下面积。结论薏苡仁多糖在本实验条件下具有缓解体力疲劳的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the anti-fatigue effect of Coixan Polysaccharide in mice. Methods Divide the mice into low dosage, medium dosage and high dosage groups, then, take 166, 333, 1000mg/kgBW and distilled water as the solvent control group. Give mice 30d through the mouth and do the mice loaded swimming test, serum urea measurement, LAC and LG determinations. Divide the mice into four groups, ten mice per group, Results The time of loaded swimming of the medium and high dosage groups is longer than the control group (P〈0.05), high dosage group mice serum urea is lower than the control group (P〈0.05), medium dosage group LG is higher than control group. The LAC levels of the low, medium and high dosage groups are lower than the control group (P〈0.05). These results all indicate that Coixan Polysaccharide is able to prolong the mice loaded swimming time, bring down serum urea, increase the content of LG and decrease LAC. Conclusion Coixan Polysaccharide has the anti-fatigue effect under the experimental conditions.
