新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病临床流行病学特征分析

目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病临床流行病学特点,为其干预提供参考依据。方法回顾性调查近3年收治住院的206例病例,并进行临床流行病学分析。结果206例患儿中母亲孕期患产科疾病率为50.0%,非产科疾病率为12.1%;产前检查未做或<4次者47.1%,59.2%为剖宫产,产程异常者34.0%;胎儿脐带异常47.1%,39.3%发生羊水污染,早产儿42.3%,85.9%的新生儿并发其他疾病,50%患儿呼吸异常,48.5%原始反射改变,43.7%哭声异常,37.4%肌张力改变;头颅CT检查示:中、重度各占73.3%和12.6%。结论本病和母亲孕产期患病、分娩异常以及新生儿患病等因素有关。加强孕产期及新生儿期保健工作、早发现、早诊断是防治新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的重要措施。

Analysis on Clinical Epidemic Features of Newborn Infant wIth Hypoxtc-ischemic Encephalopathy

Objective To explore the clinical epidemic features of newborn infant with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and offer reference for clinical work.Methods 206 inpatients in the latest 3 years were retrospectively investigated for epidemiological informations and clinical features.Results Maternal Obstetrical diseases occupied 50.0% in 206 cases,the rate of non-obstetric diseases was 12.1%; no prenatal care or less than 4 times occupied 47.1%,the cesarean section occupied 59.2%,abnormal labor occupied 34.0%;Fetal umbilical cord abnormality occupied 47.1%,amniotic fluid pollution occurred 39.3%,premature children accounted for 42.3%,the ratio of newborns with other diseases was 85.9%,50% with respiratory disorder,48.5% with primitive reflexes change,43.7% with crying anomaly,37.4% with muscle tension change; Head CT indicated moderate and severe cases each accounted for 73.3% and 12.6%.Conclusion The disease was related with maternal illness during pregnancy,birth anomalies and neonatal illness etc.The healthcare works during the confinement and newborn period should be inhanced,early discovery anddiagnosis was the important measures to prevent hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy of newborn infant.
