山乌龟总生物碱提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的对山乌龟总生物碱的不同提取方法进行比较,确定最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交设计法,以总生物碱提取率为考察指标,通过对乙醇浓度、溶媒比、超声波提取时间、回流时间等因素进行考察。结果最佳提取工艺为75%乙醇为提取溶剂,溶媒比(乙醇∶山乌龟)为12,先超声提取60min,再回流提取1h,共回流提取2次为山乌龟总生物碱提取的最佳条件。结论本工艺简单合理,提取率高,具有良好的可行性。

Abstract:Objective The technology of extraction total alkaloids from Sstephania erecta was studied and to determine the best method of extraction. Methods With extractive ratio of total alkaloids as an index, to determine the concentration of alcohol, dissolvent proportion, ultrasonic extraction time and time to return. Results The best method of extraction is as follows, 75 percent ethanol as solvent extraction, 12:1 of solvent-material proportion,with extraction first ultrasound for 60 min and then returning 2 times for 1 h each times. Conclusion The process is simple with a good possibility and has reasonable extraction rate.
