佩尔地平改善重度子痫前期母儿预后的临床研究

目的探讨佩尔地平对重度子痫前期患者的降压效果及妊娠结局的影响。方法选择经静脉给予佩尔地平治疗的重度子痫前期患者97例,分别记录用药前及用药后1、2、3、4、8、12、24h的血压、心率值,与妊娠结局相关的各项指标及药物不良反应。结果①与治疗前相比,给予佩尔地平治疗后患者收缩压与舒张压均显著下降（P〈0.05）,且24h内血压值控制平稳,而心率无明显改变。②使用佩尔地平治疗者保胎时间7d以上者19例（19.59%）,Apgar评分1min评8分及以上者34例（35.05%）,5min评8分及以上者73例（73.20%）,新生儿体重（2605.98±784.79）kg,产后出血量为（207.58±62.90）ml。结论佩尔地平对重度子痫前期患者的降压效果显著、平稳,应用佩尔地平控制患者病情并适时终止妊娠对母儿预后有积极的作用。

Clinical research about the effect of perdipine on maternal and fetal outcomes of preeclampsia

Objective To explore the antihypertensive effect of perdipine on preeclampsia patients and the effect on pregnancy outcomes.Methods 97 preeclampsia patients treated with perdipine were included,the blood pressure and heart rate before and 1,2,3,4,8,12 and 24 hours after intravenous administration of perdipine were recorded,as well as the indexes related to pregnancy outcomes and adverse effects.Results ① Systolic and diastolic pressure were both significantly lower after treatment with perdipine（P0.05）,furthermore,the blood pressure was controlled smoothly in 24 hours.But the heart rate of preeclampsia patients showed no significant difference.②19 patients（19.59%） with tocolytic time longer than 7 days were recorded.The neonatal with Apgar score up 8 at 1 and 5 minute were 34（35.05%） and 73（73.20%） respectively.The neonatal weight was（2605.98±784.79）kg and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was（207.58±62.90）ml.Conclusion The antihypertensive effect of perdipine on preeclampsia patients is notable and smooth.Use perdipine to control patients＇ station and then coordinate with cesarean section play a beneficial role to maternal and fet al prognosis.
