舒张性心力衰竭患者临床诊疗分析

目的探讨舒张性心力衰竭临床特征与治疗方法。方法全部患者入院后均进行限盐摄入、利尿、循症治疗等一般常规治疗措施。针对限制型心肌病、肥厚型心肌病、扩张型心肌病、冠心病、高血压病等,根据不同病因分别给予患者硝酸酯类、β-受体阻滞剂、钙阻滞剂、小剂量螺内酯、ACEI/ARB等药物组合治疗方案。结果经规范治疗64例患者,显效37例,有效20例,无效7例,总有效率89.1%。全部患者随访12个月,患者再次心衰住院10例,无明显改善5例。结论舒张性心力衰竭程度较轻,治疗原则以缓解症状,阻止或延缓心室重塑,降低病死率为主。

Clinical analysis of diagnosis and treatment of patients with diastolic heart failure

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of diastolic heart failure Methods All patients were performed in all limit salt intake,diuresis,evidence-based treatment,conventional treatment measures.In view of restrictive cardiomyopathy,hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,dilated cardiomyopathy,coronary heart disease,hypertension and so on,according to the different causes were given to the patients of nitrate esters,β-blocker,a calcium channel blocker,low-dose spironolactone,ACEI /ARB drug combination therapy.Results After treatment for 64 patients,37 cases were markedly effective,20 cases,7 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 89.1%.All patients were followed up for 12 months,the patient again hospitalized with heart failure in 10 cases,no obvious improvement in 5 cases.Conclusion Diastolic heart failure heart form up to a lesser extent,principles of treatment to relieve symptoms,prevent or delay the progression of ventricular remodeling,decrease the mortality rate mainly.
