| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中老年短暂性完全遗忘（TGA）临床特点。方法对26例TGA的临床及近期预后分析,随访半年预后情况。结果 21例经治疗后随访半年未见发作,3例发展成脑梗死,2例出现一次发作。结论 TGA经抗凝、降纤对症处理,症状可控制,多种病因可能与记忆相关的边缘系统短暂可逆功能障碍有关,中老年TGA重视预防治疗具有重要临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations of middle and old aged patients with transient global amnesia（TGA）.Methods The clinical data of 26 patients with TGA were analyzed.Results No attack was found in 21 patients during follow-up six months after treatment,cerebral infarction developed in 3 patiens and one attack in 2 patients.Conclusion The symptom of TGA could be controled after treatment with anticoagulation and antifibrinogen.Many kinds of etiological factors could affect limbic system related memory and cause reversible dysfunction.There is an important role to think highly of prevention and treatment of middle and old aged patients with TGA. |
