中西医结合治疗正畸患者牙周炎临床研究

目的对中西医结合治疗正畸患者牙周炎效果进行研究分析。方法随机选择我院牙周炎患者76例,分成A、B两组,A组33例患者为对照组,给予根面平整术及龈上洁治术等牙周基础医治;B组43例患者为治疗组,在A组基础上加中医玉女煎医治。结果 B组治疗组患者病症恢复优于A组,治疗有效率明显高于A组患者,不良反应发生率低于A组患者。结论中西医结合治疗正畸患者牙周炎,患者病症明显好转,效果显著。

The clinical research of integrative medicine orthodontic patients with periodontitis

Objective Integrative Medicine orthodontic patients with periodontitis effect analysis.Methods Randomly selected 76 of of my hospital periodontitis patients,divided into A,B groups,A group of 33 patients for the control group given root planing and subgingival scaling surgery and periodontal healing;43 patients in group B.treatment group,on the basis of group A plus TCM Yu Nvjian heal.Results Group A Group B patients treated with disease recovery superior treatment efficiency is significantly higher than the control group patients of group A,the incidence of adverse reactions is lower than in group A patients.Conclusion Integrative treatment of orthodontic patients with periodontitis,the patient＇s condition improved markedly,and the effect is significant.
