均匀设计对眼镜蛇神经毒素与咖啡因配伍优化研究

摘    要:采用均匀设计,研究眼镜蛇神经毒素(α-Cobrotoxin)与咖啡因的组方,寻找其最佳配伍。结果表明眼镜蛇神经毒素起主要镇痛作用,咖啡因具有协同镇痛作用,为咖啡因用于镇痛提供实验依据。

Abstract:To reseach the ratio of Chinese cobraneurotoxin and caffeine in optimized formula by well- distribute design. Results showed Chinese cobraneurotoxin played the main role in analgesia, caffeine had the synergistic analgesic effect . The research provided the experimental basis of caffeine applied in drug with analgesia .
