急性百草枯中毒43例救治体会

目的回顾急性百草枯中毒救治成功与否的经验与教训。方法将双流县第一人民医院2006年2月至2008年3月收治的急性百草枯中毒患者43例按存活与否进行分组,对各项指标进行回顾性对比分析。结果存活率18.60%,存活组平均服药量和平均就诊时间远低于死亡组,存活组无多脏器衰竭病例,死亡组有单纯呼吸衰竭17例、多脏器衰竭18例。结论百草枯中毒病死率高,生存与否主要取决于服药量和服药就诊时间差,中毒后应尽早洗胃,应用吸附剂,同时提倡药物综合治疗和血液灌流加透析。

Treatment Experience of 43 Acute Paraquat Poisoning Cases

Objective To review the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning. Methods 43 cases of acute paraquat poisoning in Shuangliu first people＇s hospital from February 2006 to March 2008 were divided into two groups according to survival or death, the clinical indexes were analyzed retrospectively. Results The survival rate was 18.60% ,the average medication and treatment time of the survival group were much lower than the death group,none in survival grnup had multiple organ failure, 17 cases in death group had ~- spiratory failure and 19 cases had muhiple organ failure. Conclusion The mortality of paraquat poisoning was high,survival or not mainly depended on dosage of paraquat and the emergency of treatment,it is important to take gastric lavage as soon as possible after the poisoning as well as to use adsorbents,and it is advocated to use comprehensive drug treatment and dialysis plus hemoperfusion.
