伊曲康唑凝胶剂的研制及在儿童甲癣的初步应用

目的研制伊曲康唑凝胶剂并观察其治疗儿童甲癣的疗效。方法卡伯姆加入适量甘油研匀后,加入蒸馏水,制成4%胶液,放置过夜。伊曲康唑胶囊内药倒入适量95%乙醇研匀后,再加入到卡伯姆胶液中。将三乙醇胺加适量蒸馏水搅拌后,加入到卡伯姆胶液中,搅拌直至呈凝胶状。将噻酮加入适量丙二醇研匀后,加到凝胶中。最后加蒸馏水至70 g,即制成白色细腻均匀的伊曲康唑凝胶剂。按要求将伊曲康唑凝胶剂外用治疗甲癣患儿。结果治疗3个月后,治愈率为66.7%,总有效率为100%。结论伊曲康唑胶囊可以制备成伊曲康唑凝胶剂,并能有效治疗儿童甲癣。

Preparation of itraconazole gel and application of it on onychomycosis in children
