| 摘 要： | 牙周炎造成牙齿丧失的发病机制目前不很清楚,受到很多学者的关注。最新研究表明,神经肽降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在牙周炎的发生、发展、修复等病理生理过程中起重要作用。本文就CGRP的生物学特性及其在牙周炎发病过程中的主要变化及可能的作用机制进行综述。

| Abstract: | Periodontitis is one of the main reasons of losing tooth. It is difficultly to cure because of the nonclear mechanism. Recent studies indicate that a small molecule neuropeptide called calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) plays an important role in the occurrence, development and repairment of periodontitis. In this paper, we made a review of the relationship between CGRP and periodontitis from two aspects. One was the biological characteristics of CGRP, and the other was how CGRP changed in the process of periodontitis. |
