| 摘 要： | 目的：总结应用网状尿道支架治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效及护理要点。方法：应用网状镍钛记忆合金尿道支架治疗前列腺增生23例，加强术前、术后护理。结果：23例中21例治疗成功。IPSS评分减少10．13，最大尿流率增加9．81ml/s。结论：网状记忆合金支架是治疗高危BPH的安全、有效方法。加强护理具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | To study the resalt and nursing importance of endourethral. wallstent in treating prostalic hyperplasia. Method: Expanding flexible endourethral stet was placed, for 23 prostatic hyperplasia patiente. pro-static hyperplasia patiente. prostatic hyperplasia patiente. Resulte: The succss rate was 91 .3% , IPSS deereased by 20.13, MFR increased 9.81 ml/s. Conclusion: self-expanding flex ible. endourethral stant was a safe and effective method to benign prostatic hyperplasia with high risk nursing is very important. |
