多层螺旋CT三维重建在跟骨骨折诊断中的应用

目的:探讨跟骨骨折的多层螺旋CT表现及其临床价值.方法:分析30例跟骨骨折的螺旋CT三维重建的表现、CT分型,根据分型指导临床选择适合的治疗方案.结果:多层螺旋CT能清楚显示各型跟骨骨折,明确骨折线的走行、骨折片的数目,可发现X线平片不能看到的关节腔内骨折片,关节囊和软组织显示清晰.结论:跟骨骨折的多层螺旋CT检查能准确的对跟骨骨折进行分型,为治疗方案的选择和预后的估计提供帮助.
