宁波地区医院输血科(血库)现状调查分析

目的 调查分析宁波地区医院输血科(血库)现状,以探索促进本地区临床用血管理的适宜办法.方法 设计调查问卷表,以信函方式进行调查.结果 83家医院100%成立医院输血管理委员会(小组),5家医院设立独立输血科,其余78家医院设立血库,但挂靠于检验科,有49.4%(41/83)的医院没有血库专职人员;100%使用卫生部统一的输血医学文书;本市存在输血隐患的主要是其他类医院,20.5%(17/83)的医院输血前4项检测不符合要求,在血型反定型、配血方法等方面都较卫生部《规范》要求有较大差距.结论 宁波市部分医院输血科(血库)现状不容乐观,尤其是其他类医院,建议制订《医院用血资格基本标准》,建立临床用血准入制度.

Investigation on present status of transfusion departments of hospital in Ningbo region

Objective To investigate present status of the transfusion department of hospital in Ningbo regions and to find better ways to manage transfusion in this region.Methods Using self-designed questionnaires to investigate 83 hospitals by correspondence.Results 83 hospitals all had the transfusion management committee,5 hospitals had the independent departments of transfusion,the rest of 78 hospitals had the departments of transfusion affiliated to the department of laboratory medicine,49.4%(41/83) of hospital had no full-time professional staffs of blood bakn.All the hospitals used the unified transfusion medical documents formulated by the Health Ministry.The hidden dangers existed mainly in some small hospitals.4 indexes of examinations did not accorded with the specific requirements before transfusion in 20.5%(17/83) of hospitals.Such aspects as blood type and blood matching differed greatly from the standards formulated by the Health Ministry.Conclusion The present status of transfusion is not optimistic in partial hospitals,especially in small ones in Ningbo region.It is suggested that formulating the basic standards of hospital transfusion should be needed.
