| 摘 要： | 目的：观察他扎罗汀凝胶配合中波紫外线（UVB）照射治疗寻常性斑块型银屑病的疗效及安全性。方法：对28例轻、中度患者采用外涂0．05％他扎罗汀凝胶配合UVB照射治疗。结果：2疗程（8周）治疗后，治愈15例（53．57％），显效8例（28．57％），进步4例（14．29％），无效1例（3．57％），总有效率82．14％。4例发生皮肤刺激反应，占14．20％，无1例光毒反应。结论：本疗法具有起效快、疗效高、安全性好的特点，可供临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective Observing therapeutic effect and safety property of 0.05% tazarotene gel combing with UVB phototherapy for plaque psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Using 0.05% tazarotene gel combing with midwave (UVB) phototherapy to treat 28 cases mild and moderate patients of plaque psoriasis vulgaris.Results After 2 courses of treatment (8 weeks),15(53.57%) cured;8(28.57%) significant effective;4(14.29%) effective;1(3.57%) ineffective.Total effective rate was 82.14%.Only 4(14.29%) patients had skinstimulation during the treatment.The stimulation was desirable as bearable and did not influence the treatment.No phototoxic reaction was reported.Conclusion The treatment proved to be safe and highly effective,and worth to be recommended in clinical application. |
