超氧化物歧化酶对兔急性心肌缺血时脂质过氧化作用的影响

摘    要:采用新西兰兔的急性心肌梗塞模型观察超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对心肌缺血的作用,结果显示:SOD能使病理性Q波总数减少、心肌梗塞范围缩小和血中丙二醛(MDA)含量降低,而且48小时血MDA含量与心肌梗塞重量呈良好的相关关系。由此表明,氧自由基在单纯心肌缺血性损伤中可能起着重要的作用;早期给予SOD对其有明显的保护作用;在一定条件下MDA可作为心肌缺血的特异性诊断指标。

Abstract:There are controversies about the ac-tion of superoxide dismutase(SOD)on acute myocar-dial ischemia, but report abaut the serial changes ofserum malondialdehyde (MDA)levels after myocardialinfarction and the relationship between serum levels ofMDA and size of myocardial infarct has not yet beenfound in literature, We made a study, using the acutemyocardial infarct model of New Zealand rabbits. Theresults indicated that SOD significantly reduced thetotal number of pathologic Q-wave,the myocardial in-farct size and serum MDA levels.A significant correla-tion was found between 48-hour serum MDA levels and48-hour infarct size. Therefore, it is suggested that freeradicals might play an important role in pure acute my-ocardial ischemic injury;SOD, administered early,couldinbibit lipid peroxidation and thus protect the my-ocardium, and serum MDA levels might be regarded asa specific criterion for the diagnosis of myocardial in-farction.
