| 摘 要： | 胃动素是1971年发现的由22个氨基酸组成的脑肠肽,主要由十二指肠和空肠黏膜上皮Mo内分泌细胞分泌。胃动素的生理作用是调节胃肠移行性运动复合波,血浆中胃动素浓度水平的周期性波动是产生运动复合波的根本原因。而胃动素受体是一种G蛋白耦联受体,在消化系统及中枢系统都有广泛的分布,其结构与促生长激素分泌激素和胃动素相关肽等激素受体具有一定的相似性,通过对其受体的研究,有助于进一步了解胃动素调节胃肠运动的机制。
